Server Infrastructure Access Policy

This thread is intended to document who has access to what infrastructure wise and the permissions for said people.

Root access
- Telesphoreo
- Fleek
These people have root access to the dedicated server itself.

Backups
- Telesphoreo
A backup of the entire file system is taken every night and additional backups are made to S3. Taking unauthorized backups of the server is forbidden due to security concerns.

Main server
- Telesphoreo - has root access
- Taah - used for developer access
- Fleek - has root access
These people have access to the server files. Any misuse or unauthorized changes will cause privileges to be revoked. Changes are audited and monitored.

Dev server
- Telesphoreo
- Taah
- Video
- Alco_Rs11
A replica of the main server with changed database credentials and different worlds. There is a script to sync the main server to the dev server which you can request that Telesphoreo runs to bring changes from the main server to the dev server for testing.

Forums

These people have full administrative access to the XenForo control panel. Note that there may be other people who moderate certain boards, but only the people above have admin access and can make changes to the forums themselves.

Any misuse of privileges may result in them being revoked. Changes made to the platforms are logged. This list is maintained for transparency purposes. Just because you have this information does NOT mean you should bother one of the people above and ask them to make changes to the server.
