Server Include rank in Discord-MC bridge

I think the Discord-MC message (the {[Discord] quack95 » Hi ur stupid} one) should have the rank included in the message of the player if the rank's an Admin/Senior/Executive.
For example, this is what I'm proposing it looks like:
[Discord] [Admin] quack95 » Awesomers!!!

This is just an example though, so add it wherever it's nicer.
This feature could be really useful in situations where, for example, a new player is on and is being very rude to others. Seeing a discord message with no rank name means that no admins are monitoring the situation, but seeing that an admin really is present would probably stop them and deescalate the situation.

If I remember correctly, it just requires a few changes in the messages.yml file inside of discordSRV.

%toprole% and %toprolecolor% would be appended before the chat format.

It's also important to note that they have two options, one for user's with a role, one for users with no role.
