Server Allow /tpa on players who have /tp toggled off

/tptoggle should be purely to stop people from using /tp on people.
Having /tpa be restricted by /tptoggle makes the tpa command useless, and also forces you to turn tptoggle off for players to teleport to you.
Before you say /ride, this server does not currently have /ride, and alternative commands like that shouldn't be the solution.

Vouch but this would require an EssentialsX fork. In TF-EssentialsX tpa would work even if you had teleportation disabled. There was an additional tpatoggle command that when used with tptoggle would disable teleportation completely

By "tp'ing", do you mean the instant teleport without permission, or the one that asks you if you want someone to tp to them? Because /tpa is the latter

I vouch for the idea on paper, but in practice this would require us to fork EssentialsX and we're really trying to avoid that where possible. I suggest you make an issue on the EssentialsX GitHub suggesting it.
