Server bring back Guilds

Guilds were very popular on TF. this will bring in more players an encourage players to work together.

Vouch, I only experienced them for a little bit on old TF before they were removed, but from everything I've seen they were pretty great, and imo helped grow the server.

Vouch. We have a Guilds module for Plex. It needs to be fixed since it only works with extremely old versions of Plex

This suggestion is approved. I can confirm a rewrite of the Plex Guilds module is underway
