Server Disable Bending Board by default (or remove it)

First off, I suggest it be disabled by default if possible, as I doubt new players will just know to do /bending board to get rid of it.

Second off, it seems /bending board either doesn't work right or else was designed horribly, because despite using it to turn off my board, the moment I scroll my hotbar, it pops right back up. Tried both /bending toggle and /bending board, both while not in the bendingworld, and it still pops up when I scroll. It seems PK doesn't even realize it popped up again, because if I disable it, scroll to make it popup, then do /bending board again, it "enables" it despite it already being up.

Which brings me to my alternative suggestion: remove the Board entirely. According to the ProjectKorra FAQ the board is a separate plugin, so I assume you could simply remove it and still have the rest of PK.

Retracting this, as it seems the board has been fixed now, and properly hides.
