You have to apply for it first. Follow the guidelines and don't ask for admin ingame or in the forums. There is infact admin applications, although they aren't doing them because the server isn't getting enough player counts. Adding onto that, you would need better activity on the server, to view it do /playtime. Minimum of 2+ hours, mines 11+ hours.
For applying for admin, I would highly recommend to not ask people to look at your application, as that actually lowers your chances of getting the Super Admin rank, and perms to it. Continuing on the fact that you said "i will ban people who bully or swear", the rules strictly state that you can't say the N-word anytime on the server, as it gets you a ban. Every other swear word is fine to use, aslong as you don't spam it or use it to harass the community. Also, TotalFreedom: Rebooted is a community where everyone should be nice, and not discriminatory.
Long story short, you should wait for an admin to accept your application, as that makes you have higher chances of getting admin.
From AnarchyMC59, a player just joined the server after recieving a perm-ban on play.totalfreedom.org, a different server.
