Hello,
The built in wiki system within XenForo is now removed. It was never used and the general interest in a wiki for TF:R is very low. Note that the existing wiki for the original TotalFreedom (at https://totalfreedom.wiki) is still up and is not going anywhere. This only applies to the wiki within XenForo for the TF:R server.
