2. What did they do?
I caught jukerx attempting to give jsco a "server crashing" sword with the instructions to kill him with it. gamergus69 is an alt of jukerx as they both have the same crash item. Jsco was crashing the server repeatedly (10 times) as it cannot be coincidental that as soon as he joined, the server went offline and then played dumb about it. Thorioum_, jsco's friend, proudly proclaimed that he has exploits that can crash scissors servers and was conspiring with jsco to crash TF on kaboom (and went to do it anyways).
3. What indefinitely bannable offense does this fall under according to the guidance for sanctions?
