New forum theme: AmoLyicx

I've ported the design principles of Nero AmoLyicx (a popular theme on the original TotalFreedom forums) to a Xenforo theme for us to use. Please highlight any issues you encounter so that I can iron them out. The Lyicx branding does not count.
