Server Suggestion: Add a command which changes your Glowing effect colour.

I really want the ability for players (this includes both admins and operators) a way to change the color that the Glowing effect uses. I don't like the default white Glowing color, and I want everyone to be able to change it to something less boring. The command I want to be added is /glowingcolor, for custom colors you can use /glowingcolor <hex code>, but for normal Minecraft colornames you can use /glowingcolor &<color_number>.

I would like for this to be added, as this would make the Glowing effect alot more vibrant in color. There will be a table in which you can vote for the feature to be added, or not added as a feature. I'll let @Telesphoreo find or develop a plugin that has those features.

I like this idea, but there is a huge catch to this - without mods, the only way to have a different color glow in Minecraft is to be in a team set to have a color. I'm sure we could fudge a team on the packet level to accomplish this (though this may have unintended consequences like making their name a certain color as well), a big problem is that despite having full RGB color support since 1.16, even in 26.3 teams can only have preset colors, so RGB is unfortunately out of the question unless everyone installs a mod which specifically changes this glow color.
