The Gears Of War 1 remaster just came out about two weeks ago and I think it's a good remaster for what its worth.
The remaster starts at 40$ USD so It's cheaper then most recent Xbox titles.
It does take time to learn the controls, but you'll get used to it by the 2nd chapter or 3rd.
The graphics are good if you have a decent pc if not then you'll gonna have to use low or medium settings for good fps.
Story mode is the same as the original Xbox360 release and the multiplayer is much better thanks to steam's party interface for friends to join.
Overall, I'd give it a 7/10 it's the same game as the xbox360 version just with better graphics only downside that lower end pc's get a worse version then the xbox360 version
