Server Let admins change adminchat format

As a based redpilled TotalFreedom administrator on the previous TF server we could change admin chat formats to make it more pleasing to the eye, instead of the weird default format provided.
This is the current format:


Please let admins change the chat format, it was possible in TFM and it was a really good feature, so add it to Plex and free us of the chains of the ranks after the username!!!!

Yeah, makes sense. The default one is alright but everyone has different preferences. Plus, we could actually one-up TFM's implementation of it by making it even more flexible with MiniMessage.

Good choice, but if someone here suggested a better format for admin chat it'd be pretty easy to swap it out in messages.yml

You could make it a feature in TFM-Extras if you don't want to add it directly to Plex. This really isn't bloat it's just QOL.

This will require database changes within Plex itself
